We are seeking a passionate and experienced Floor Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. This role is essential in ensuring smooth service, a welcoming atmosphere, and exceptional customer satisfaction.

• Lead, train, and manage front-of-house staff to deliver outstanding service.
• Greet customers warmly and handle their inquiries and concerns professionally.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless coordination and timely service.
• Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and overall ambiance of the dining area.
• Resolve issues efficiently while fostering a positive environment for customers and staff.

• Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role.
• Fluency in both English and Mandarin to communicate effectively with staff and customers.
• Excellent customer service skills with strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations and solve problems effectively.
