About the role:
Teaching Personnel are seeking a Maths teacher who is enthusiastic and passionate about delivering high quality education to children aged between 11 and 16. The role will consist of working full-time within a state-funded and non-selective comprehensive school in Cwmbran, Torfaen.We are looking for a teacher who is resilient and driven, passionate about motivating and inspiring pupils and recognises the core values of teaching. Responsibilities:
- Preparing learning materials in line with the current curriculum
- Delivering lessons to pupils and monitoring their progress and development
- Strong classroom management skills
- Building strong and meaningful relationships with pupils, parents and staff members
Requirements:
- Qualified Teaching Status (QTS)
- Evidence of right to work in the UK
- Must possess an Enhanced Child only DBS Certificate
- Registered with the EWC (Education Workforce Council)
- At least two professional references covering 24 months
- You will be allocated a dedicated consultant who will be on hand to provide the ultimate support and answer any queries you may have
