Overtime available: 1.25 x time Monday to Friday and 1.5 x time on Saturdays.

Main Duties:

• Set up, operate, and adjust CNC milling/turning machines (DAHLIH MCV 860 and DAHLIH 1450) running on Fanuc controls
• Work with pre-existing programs stored on a laptop to ensure efficient machine operation
• Adjust programs as necessary to optimise performance and meet production requirements
• Maintain high-quality standards and ensure the accuracy of all machined components
• Collaborate with the team to meet production deadlines and achieve operational goals

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience as a CNC miller/turner in a manufacturing environment
• Proficiency in setting and operating Fanuc-controlled machines
• Ability to adjust existing programs confidently
• Programming skills are not essential but would be advantageous
• A detail-oriented and proactive approach to work
