Our client, based in West Yorkshire is currently recruiting for Fire Risk Assessor on 6-month temporary contract. Our client is an award winning, multi-disciplinary property and construction consultancy, delivering projects worldwide.The position is due to start immediately on a full-time basis and the rate is negotiable per assessment.The ideal candidate will have a background in fire risk assessments and hold an SP205 accreditation.
Duties will include (but are not limited to): Conducting around 10 fire risk assessments a day on various contracts for our client, including the Kirklees Neighbourhood Housing project Evaluating buildings e.g. small storey blocks of flats and advising on potential fire hazardsAdvising on measures to reduce risk of fires and identifying sources of fire dangerPreparing emergency plansExperience required:SP205 accreditation Fire Risk Assessment experienceSkills, knowledge and expertise required:Must hold a full UK driving license Rewards and Benefits:Flexible workingManage your own diaryWorking hours:Monday - FridayPlease note that you require recent experience to apply for this role.James Andrews is acting as an employment agency and business in relation to this role.At James Andrews Recruitment Solutions we try to respond to all applications personally, however, due to the high volume of applications this is not always possible.
