Carbon60 are looking for an experienced Building Services Electrician to join their global real estate client's team, based at a site in Bristol.This is a great opportunity to join a worldwide company, with plenty of opportunities available, stability, progression and many more.
- Salary: £38k + benefits and OT rates
- Hours of work: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
- Contract: Permanent
Main Duties:
- Ensure all assigned Planned Preventative Maintenance for M&E activities is completed to schedule
- Isolate defective equipment from power supply, check visually for faults, tests for faults, isolates the problem areas and take corrective action to repair the problem.
- The installation of electrical systems and associated equipment followed up with the appropriate certification.
- Respond to reactive maintenance requests as directed
- Comply with all company procedures
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Building Services industry
- C&G qualified or equivalent in an electrical services/maintenance.
- 18th Edition IEE: Wiring & Installation competent
- Full clean driving license held
- Demonstrate a good understanding and be technically competent in all building services, in particular generators, static switches, water treatment, refrigeration and air conditioning.
