Ashford - Tutor
Many of the students have been out of education for a while, which may have affected their confidence, and your role will be to reengage them in their learning while reintroducing structure to their daily routines.
We work closely with you to monitor each student's progress and support effective learning every step of the way.
This contract position as an Outreach Tutor is available at various locations across Kent. The role is temporary, with a start date as soon as possible, and offers both part-time and full-time options depending on your availability. Working hours are flexible, with sessions lasting between one and three hours, and the minimum rate of pay is £25 per hour.
Ideal candidates will hold a recognized teaching qualification-such as QTS, QTLS, PGCE, EYFS-or have equivalent tutoring and lesson planning experience. While a minimum of six months' experience working in a UK school is desirable, it is not essential, and up-to-date safeguarding training from the past year is preferred but not mandatory.
If you're ready to embrace a role where you can truly make an impact on students' lives by rekindling their passion for learning, we would love to hear from you.
