Job Description- Oversee and manage daily accounting operations within the department.
- Accruals and prepayments
- Balance sheet and inter-company reconciliations
- Service charge reporting and assisting with service charge year end closure
- Prepare monthly and annual management accounts.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure financial transparency.
- Develop financial strategies to support company goals.
- Comply with all financial regulations and standards.
- Assist in the annual auditing process.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Management Accountant should have:
- Experience in a similar role
- Service charge and property experience essential
- Studier of ACCA/ACA/CIMA or equivalent
- A self starter, who wants to join an established successful team and add value
- A strong understanding of financial and management accounting principles.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong and confident communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- An ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Competitive salary in the range of £36,000 - £40,000.
