Role Overview: We are looking for a confident and experienced Digital Account Manager to join our dynamic team. This key role involves collaborating closely with clients and internal teams to deliver outstanding projects for the Jaguar Land Rover websites.The ideal candidate should have a solid background in digital account management, strong client service skills, and a good understanding of the digital landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the execution of digital projects and strategies, ensuring they meet client objectives and expectations.
- Build and maintain strong, productive relationships with clients, third-party agencies, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Collaborate with Project Managers, creative teams, and in-market teams to keep all parties informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.
- Develop and present creative briefs, review creative outputs, and ensure alignment with client requirements.
- Provide project updates during weekly status meetings with clients and team members, keeping all stakeholders informed of the latest developments.
- Utilize internal project tracking systems to monitor delivery against agreed SLAs.
- Support the broader account team in ensuring digital best practices are consistently applied across Jaguar Land Rover websites.
- Leverage data and analytics tools to guide and refine content creation and ongoing optimization.
