We are looking for an enthusiastic and forward-thinking team member ready to work within an expanding admin/support service in the Integrated Rehabilitation Pathway (previously Long Covid pathway). The service commenced in July 2021, and we are currently a supportive and busy team of 21.

Flexible working patterns and contracted hours will be considered, and we would encourage you to discuss this on an individual basis. A large proportion of the role will be working from home with the need to attend various clinic sides across the patch as required.

These roles are currently until End of March 2026. There may be potential for these to be extended depending on future announcements. If you would like any further clarity please don't hesitate to contact us.

Main duties of the job

This role is to support the members of the multi-disciplinary team to provide a service to patients with long term conditions across the Bradford District and Craven, as well as support the delivery of the newly funded Vocational Rehabilitation aspect of the service.

In the team we embrace change and deliver a large proportion of our service in a virtual, group-based format.

You will be supported by admin and therapy team leaders as well as supporting the multi-disciplinary team within your daily role in order to gain confidence with supporting virtual group delivery.
