Event Sales Representative – Event Catering

We seek an enthusiastic and organised event Sales Representative to assist in the management of our existing and future event enquiries. The role will involve sales activity undertaking all aspects of the customer journey until customer success hand-over through our great system and general administrative tasks to keep our events on track.

The successful candidate will need to manage & maintain relationships with our clients, be a first point of call for our clients with any queries they may have and be active in their reach out to provide an exceptional customer journey.
We aim make the process of enquiry, ordering and delivery of our customers events as easy as possible for our partners and customers through our sales system.
Event Caterer Groups main source of growth will come by increasing the number of business partnerships and corporate approved supplier agreements. The client relationships and management of these accounts is an essential element of this role.

We want someone who puts the customer first and strives to make their quote perfect for them.

Purpose of the role:

  • Phone calls and emailing
  • Record all details through the CRM to ensure all documents are updated accurately.
  • Objection Handling
  • Generating Sales to set targets
  • Relationship building
  • Generate quote for customers within specified time frame
  • Follow up quotes regularly
  • Reports weekly for KPI measurement
  • Hand over of jobs to project manager
  • Update Operations with changes to orders
Responsibilities of the role
  • Operate the process from first enquiry to sale

The role is Tuesday to Saturday or Wednesday to Sunday depending on candidates preference.

Hucknall office based. No home working available
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £24,000.00 per year
Expected hours: 30 per week
