A well-established Farnham based Accountancy practice are currently seeking an experienced Semi Senior Accountant to join the business services team working towards taking control of a portfolio of predominantly owner managed businesses carrying out the year end accounts, tax returns and offering regular advice
The Accountant will have experience using Xero while also having a good knowledge of producing in depth management accounts and corporation tax return provisions.
Semi Senior Accountant Position Overview- Assisting with a portfolio of clients in a very facing role.
- Preparing statutory accounts
- Personal and business tax returns
- Preparing Payroll
- Preparing And Submitting VAT returns
- Preparing monthly and quarterly management accounts
- Studying ACCA / ACA or ICAEW
- Previous experience working in an accountancy practice is essential
- Experience using Xero software is essential
- Experience preparing management accounts for a range of differing clients
- Live in a commutable distance to Farnham
- £25,000 - £32,000 per annum
- Mon - Fri 09:00am - 17:00pm
- 20 days annual holiday, plus bank holidays, plus birthday closure (min 3 days, not taken from entitlement).
- Option to WFH two days a week
- Study support available.
