Risk and Compliance Associate
They are committed to delivering exceptional risk and compliance solutions, and they are looking for a motivated individual to join their in-house risk and compliance team.Responsibilities:Work closely with the Data Protection Officer and procurement lead to manage data protection, contracting matters, and internal risk management.Provide contract and professional compliance advice for client tenders, retainer letters, terms of business, and supply contracts.Support the firms approach to procurement and supply chain risk management.Advise stakeholders on the SRA Code of Conduct, data protection, and commercial risk management.Stay updated on data protection developments and their impact on developing legal services technologies.Collaborate with various stakeholders, including senior members of the firm and the Digital Data & Technology team.Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):Commercial law expertise with exposure to data protection law.Background in non-contentious commercial/contracting/procurement work.Motivated and passionate about emerging technology and market trends.Excellent strategic project management, planning, and advisory skills.Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):Experience in a legal risk and compliance environment.Strong understanding of supply chain management.Benefits & Perks:Comprehensive training and support for personal and professional development.Coaching and mentoring programmes.28 days annual leave and birthday leave.Private medical insurance (eligibility applies).Sabbatical every 5 years.Flexible benefits package, including the option to buy additional holiday.Access to a charitable foundation and CSR initiatives.How to Apply:If you are ready to take on this exciting opportunity and contribute to our clients risk and compliance efforts, please apply or submit your application Please include your resume and a cover letter outlining your relevant experience and motivation for applying.
