Supplier Relationship Coordinator (French/Italian Speaking)

Location: Dover
Industry: Logistics
Contract: Perm
Shifts: Monday - Friday, 8.30am-5pm, plus occasional extended hours to meet company deadlines.

Salary: Up to £24,000 per annum, dependent on experience (DOE)

Our client is seeking a fluent French or Italian-speaking Supplier Relationship Coordinator to join their Logistics team to enhance their supplier partnerships. The successful candidate will bring a customer-focused mindset and experience in managing supplier relationships, helping to ensure efficient and high-quality service delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, including negotiating contracts and resolving any issues that may arise
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods and services
  • Monitor supplier performance and provide feedback to improve overall efficiency and quality
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to supplier management
  • Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Fluency in French or Italian (mandatory)
  • Strong background in customer service with a proactive communication style
  • Experience in a logistics environment is advantageous but not required
  • Proven ability to foster and maintain productive relationships
  • Willingness to occasionally travel to supplier sites as needed
