We have a fantastic opportunity for a Leisure Team Member at The Runnymede.

This is a full time position (40 hours) per week from £22,172.80 to £23,795.20 (age dependant) per annum.

What will I be doing?
  • As a Leisure Assistant you will lead and coach the teams’ daily activities to ensure all areas of responsibilities are covered.
  • You and the team will host a variety of activities throughout the day from rifle shooting to archery.
  • Responsible for supervising and maintaining a safe environment within our indoor and outdoor pool (seasonal).
  • Ensure a high standard of tidiness and cleanliness in all areas of the Spa.

What skills do I need?
  • Valid National Pool Lifeguard qualification (RLSS)
  • Work independently and proudly, providing exceptional customer service and cleanliness throughout the leisure department
  • Ensure a safe, secure, and appealing environment is maintained for team and guests by following the company Health and Safety Policy
