The Role:
As a Residential Property Lawyer, you will manage your own caseload of conveyancing matters from instruction through to post-completion. This includes:
- Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties
- Transfers of equity
- Re-mortgages
- Shared ownership transactions
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other stakeholders
What We're Looking For:
- Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive (CILEx), or Licensed Conveyancer
- A minimum of 2 years' PQE in residential property law
- Ability to handle a full caseload independently
- Strong attention to detail and excellent client care skills
- Experience with case management systems
