• Annual Salary: £33,334 (£18.32 per hour)
• Location: Edinburgh
• Job Type: Temporary ( 3 Months )

The successful candidate will ensure the delivery of high-quality factoring services to our customers.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Respond to day-to-day enquiries from factored customers, primarily via email and occasionally by phone.
• Request quotes, raise and complete jobs related to property repairs and maintenance.
• Conduct inspections of repairs both before and after completion.
• Perform estate inspections and coordinate follow-up actions.
• Organise and lead meetings with property owners, managing subsequent actions.
• Collaborate with colleagues on larger projects approved by proprietors.
• Liaise with various departments such as Compliance, Projects, and Estates/Housing to ensure cohesive service delivery.
• Assist the Senior Factoring Officer as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in housing, property management, or maintenance is essential.
• Knowledge of factoring services is highly desirable.
• Strong organisational and communication skills to manage multiple tasks and interact effectively with customers and team members.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet organisational goals.
• Proficiency in managing contractual, regulatory, and legislative requirements.
