If you are an experienced Front Line Manager, Food Production or Shift Manager, you could be just the person to join our Operations Team. Working Sunday to Thursday Night Shift, you’ll be responsible for performance, productivity and people. You’ll oversee 4 to 7 production lines – and in case you’re wondering about the products your team will pack, we work with pretty much every vine fruit and tree nut you can think of!
As you know, in food production core objectives are focused around the KPI’s that feed into the balance scorecard. They'll matter to you, as more than just a tick-box – your drive to deliver will keep your SIC board green!We’re a hands-on company, so you’ll be out on the factory floor, mentoring and coaching your teams. However, we want to develop you too, so you’ll be set projects to work on – often focused across the wider site such as continuous improvement and waste reduction.
