The Role
Secondary schools in Farnborough are seeking additional support staff to provide vital classroom coverage from January 2025. As a Cover Supervisor, you will:
- Supervise lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 using pre-prepared materials.
- Deliver the work set by the teacher to ensure students stay engaged in their learning.
- Maintain a positive and well-managed classroom environment.
- Support students across a range of ages and abilities.

What We Are Looking For:
- Graduates with a passion for education, including Sociology graduates.
- Unqualified teachers eager to develop their skills.
- Experienced LSAs or TAs looking to progress into teaching or cover supervision.
- Strong communication and behaviour management skills.
- Flexibility to work full-time or part-time depending on your availability.
