- Demonstrated success as a Home Manager, with a track record of driving high standards and operational excellence.
- Worked with residents who have complex physical and mental health needs.
- Strong experience in increasing occupancy rates and enhancing fee structures to drive sustainable success.
- While being nurse-qualified is an advantage, candidates with confidence and experience leading nursing teams and managing clinical risk are equally encouraged.
- Skilled at maintaining and developing effective partnerships with local healthcare agencies, community organizations, and professionals.
- Dedicated to embedding and maintaining the highest levels of care, ensuring a safe, comfortable, and enriching environment for residents.
