Account Manager

REED are working with an established and highly successful beauty company based in Norfolk, recruiting for the position of Account Manager to join their team on a Permanent full-time basis.

This is a field-based role, where you will be managing a portfolio of existing clients, along with targeting new business to build new long-term relationships, driving revenue for the company.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated, and driven individual with proven proactive sales experience to join the team.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the Delivery and Growth within your territory- Norwich, Cambridge, Ipswich, and Bury St Edmunds.
• Maintain strong relationships with key clients and actively look to grow these wherever possible through consistent engagement and relationship management, promoting products available
• Responsible for generating leads for New Business opportunities
• Presenting to potential customers through direct communication: face to face meetings, telephone calls and email, on the product portfolio and the reasons why the company should be their preferred supplier
• Actively and Successfully manages the Sales process from generating the lead – pitch – close – account management.
• Participate in team sales meetings

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager, or relevant role
• Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
• Professional with clients at all times
• Self-Motivated, Tenacious Self-Starter
• Approachable with personal presentation- always professional
• Enthusiastic when discussing Our Products
• Team Player
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Full Clean Driving License

Package:

• Salary of £25,000-£27,000 dependant on experience, uncapped commission (expected earnings between £35,000-£70,000)
• Car allowance or Company Car
