TP Tutors are looking for dedicated tutors to provide 1:1 tuition in homes and schools for young people with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) and other additional needs. We have multiple positions available, with ongoing hiring to meet the diverse needs of our students.
Job Duties:
- Provide one-on-one support and tailored learning strategies for students with special educational needs (SEN)
- Develop individualised learning plans based on students' specific needs and abilities
- Implement various teaching methods and techniques to engage students and enhance their learning experience
- Monitor and assess students' progress regularly, adjusting teaching strategies as needed
- Collaborate with other stakeholders to create a supportive learning environment
Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills:
- A relevant qualification in Special Educational Needs (SEN) teaching or equivalent
- Experience working with students with diverse learning needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of different learning styles and abilities
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual needs
