This care home is registered with the CQC to treat complex needs, which only qualified nurses are allowed to provide. The home provides exceptional residential, nursing and dementia care in the heart of the areas residential community

To be considered for this position you must be qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin

As the Deputy Manager your key duties include:

You will ensure the service users are receiving the highest standards of professional support experiencing life opportunities helping to promote growth and independence

The following skills and experience would be preferred and beneficial for the role:

Good working knowledge of CQC standards

Promote ownership of care programs by fully involving service users and their families in developing/ agreeing and evaluating care programs within the home

The successful Deputy Manager will receive an excellent salary of £55,000 per annum. This exciting position is a permanent full time role working 40 hours a week on Days. In return for your hard work and commitment you will receive the following generous benefits:
