Support Worker

As a Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for individuals who require specialized care and support. Your primary responsibility will be to promote independence, dignity, and well-being among the service users in your care, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Responsibilities:

Qualifications and Requirements:
Compassion, empathy, and patience to support individuals with diverse needs and challenges.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with individuals, their families, and a multi-disciplinary team.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic care environment.
