We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join our friendly HR and Recruitment team. This role involves delivering comprehensive HR administration support across our venue and head office teams. The successful candidate will be instrumental in managing all aspects of HR administration, including the newly implemented Workday system.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Manage all incoming and outgoing HR correspondence, maintaining high standards of accuracy and professionalism.
- Handle HR email inboxes, ensuring timely and appropriate responses.
- Maintain and organise filing systems for employee records and HR activities.
- Ensure compliance with Right to Work requirements and support line managers with online checks for employees with restricted permissions.
- Assist in the onboarding process using Workday, ensuring all department heads complete necessary tasks.
- Manage administrative tasks related to maternity, life assurance, and private healthcare schemes.
- Analyse and report data from Workday to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Support the Recruitment Team with job requisitions and vacancy management.
- Maintain stationery and print requirements for the HR department.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word
- Intermediate, Excel
- Intermediate, PowerPoint
- Beginner).
- Experience with Workday, especially the HCM and Recruitment modules, is highly beneficial.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment.
- Strong organisational and communication skills, capable of handling a variety of tasks from maternity inquiries to large email merges.
