Salary: £85-£100 per day
Are you passionate about helping students succeed? We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join a secondary school in Oldham. This is an exciting opportunity to support students with varying needs and make a real difference in their academic journey.
Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 or small group support to students with additional needs.
- Assist the class teacher in delivering tailored lessons and activities.
- Help create an inclusive and positive learning environment.
- Support students with their emotional and social development.
- Contribute to student progress through regular feedback and assessments.
Requirements:
- Experience working with students in a similar support role is preferred, though training will be provided.
- Patience and a genuine passion for working with young people.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
- A proactive and adaptable approach to challenges.
All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
