As part of their team, you'll have the chance to learn new skills and contribute to the production of unique products for customers all over the world. ?
- Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain housekeeping standards across all areas, ensuring a clean and organised work environment.
- Comply with security instructions to maintain a safe working environment.
- Assist with basic preventative maintenance activities and update Standard Operating Procedures when necessary.
- Provide assistance to Manufacturing Operatives, including machine clean downs.
- Operate machinery or shot-blast equipment to ensure smooth production flow.
- Carry out general cleaning duties in manufacturing areas.
- Support the Warehouse team with loading and unloading, rack material, and deliver materials to Manufacturing.
- Manage waste removal, including shredding and guillotining waste products.
- Provide on-the-job training and development for new and existing employees.
- Requirements:
- Must have own Transport.
- Must have settled status in the UK due to 5 year Security Vetting
- Ability to work different 12-hour shift patterns, including nights & weekends for overtime on rota.
- Basic literacy and numeracy skills.
- Good computer skills.
- Experience handling COSHH materials.
- Understanding of workplace organisation principles.
- Excellent team player with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Flexible and proactive approach with the ability to work to tight deadlines.
- Physically fit with good manual handling skills.
