Duty Supervisor - Maintenance Installation

The successful Supervisor will support the Asset management department and lead a team of highly skilled engineers on a nightly basis dealing with maintenance of the 1FM Fire contract. Working permanent nights Sunday - Thursday 10pm-6am from our Pirin Court depot in London, E16 4TL.

We are seeking an experienced leader with strong people management skills to guide and inspire our team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience of effectively managing, mentoring, and developing employees, while fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.

Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and team-building abilities are essential for success in this role.

What you'll do as the Duty Supervisor:

  • Coordinate and supervise teams of full time permanent and contract staff engaged in all aspects of Maintenance activity.
  • Using ServiceNow to schedule and allocate work
  • Managing Performance against operational plans
  • Ensure engineers complete all works to a high standard (first time fix)

Supervisor Key requirements:

  • Strong people management skills/experience
  • Ability to work in a busy and reactive environment and use the systems available to look at efficiencies to maximise the output of the team
  • Have ServiceNow or previous systems experience to provide and generate reports
  • Experience of leading teams in single or multi-site maintenance and installation activities.
  • Full UK driving licence
