Job Description- Co-ordinating the daily operations and all administration for the maintenance department
- Providing weekly updates for management
- Checking stock levels and ordering more when needed
- Scheduling of sites visits and following up after
- Invoicing and raising PO's
- Being the Health and Safety go to person and keeping records up to date
- Providing Customer service to clients and plans for any issues
- Implementing strategies to improve operational efficiency
- Coordinating with various teams to ensure smooth operations
- Ensuring compliance with industry standards and legal regulations
- Handling administrative tasks related to operations and maintenance
- Contributing to the overall growth and success of the organisation in the retail industry
The Successful Applicant
A successful Maintenance and Operations Co-Ordinator should have:
