Female Support Worker – Waking Nights

We are currently recruiting a Female Support Worker to join our friendly and dedicated team at Sutton Park in Blunsdon on a waking nights basis.
What We Offer- Full-time contract – 36 hours per week
- Waking Nights: 10:00pm – 7:00am
- Supporting 2 people we support (PWS)

About Sutton Park
Sutton Park is a friendly, welcoming service supporting two individuals with:
- Autism
- Learning Disabilities
- CHARGE Syndrome
- Polydipsia
One individual uses an adapted form of Makaton to communicate. Both require support with eating and drinking.
They enjoy being active and involved in the local community, including:
- Shopping trips
- Swimming
- Walking
- Eating out at local pubs
This is a lively and engaging service, ideal for energetic and caring support workers who are passionate about inclusion and person-centred care.
What We’re Looking For- A genuine passion for supporting people to live independently
- Flexibility to work across a 24-hour rota, including alternate weekends
- Drivers preferred, but not essential
- Previous care experience is welcomed—but not required
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn (full training provided)
