Business Development Manager

Working for a well-established company located in High Wycombe you will join a successful team growing relationships and uncovering new opportunities.

Salary, £25,000 up to £36,000, depending on level of sales experience, plus uncapped commission, 3pm finish on a Friday, generous company pension scheme, training and development. This role is fully office based.

Full training will be offered for candidates with no previous sales experience.

Duties:

 •  Regular contact with client accounts, assisting with existing enquiries/queries
 •  Following up and progressing leads
 •  Managing clients from initial contact through the sales cycle
 •  Uncover new opportunities by regular contact with accounts
 •  Working with internal administration teams for new sales
 •  Building long term relationships with a range of businesses.

Skills and Experience required:

 •  Ability to build long term relationships with clients over the phone and face to face
 •  Previous experience in a sales/account manager role or strong customer service skills
 •  Excellent communication skills
 •  Fully competent in MS office
 •  Ability to negotiate and work to targets
 •  Work well in a team
 •  Driven and ambitious
