Job Description

Are you looking to work and specialise in Corporate Law and looking for a hands-on environment where you will be given plenty of responsibility?

This is a role within a small but successful practice. You will reporting into the head of department who will give you plenty of supervision and training to help you develop in your career in Corporate.

The firm punches above its weight in terms of deal flow and deal sizes - it's a busy Corporate team, mainly acting for OMBs and SMEs. There is a loyal client base and a good pipeline of work.

This would suit somebody who enjoys Corporate Law but doesn't want to work in a big firm in a big city. You will get excellent exposure to Corporate work here but without the long hours.

It's an office based role and there's excellent work/life balance.

You'll be working on a mix of Corporate work from M&A work to Corporate reorganisations and general Corporate work such as shareholders' agreement and articles of association.

The Successful Applicant

The firm is looking to recruit somebody with Corporate experience. This could be as a qualified solicitor or during your training contract. The role won't suit somebody looking to work in a big firm Corporate environment.
