Our client, a leading banking and financial services company, has an exciting new job opportunity for a Senior Audit Manager.

Your new role

You will also lead on the delivery of a portfolio of large and complex internal audits, providing subject matter expertise on Operational Risk & Payments, to provide reliable and independent assurance on the effectiveness of the control framework.

You will demonstrate excellent judgement, be able to process complex information and produce insightful and clear oral and written reports.

What you'll need to succeed

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Expertise in operational risk and IT Audit (including technology, cyber and change risks), and payments, and a solid understanding of the retail banking sector including the regulatory environment and emerging technologies.
• Experience operating as a senior audit manager in an internal or external audit capacity, or at an equivalent level with responsibility for assurance/oversight, and a strong understanding of audit methodology, tools and techniques.
• Experience of leading, motivating, and coaching others to attain high standards.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience of building influential relationships with senior stakeholders.
• A relevant audit qualification (CISA, CISSP, or similar)
