Are you passionate about supporting children with Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD)? Teaching Personnel is seeking a dedicated MLD Teaching Assistant to join schools in Scarborough and make a meaningful impact in students’ lives.
About the Role:
- Provide one-to-one and group support for pupils with MLD.
- Assist in adapting lesson materials to meet individual learning needs.
- Encourage engagement, independence, and confidence in the classroom.
- Work closely with teachers and SENCOs to implement support strategies.
About You:
- Experience working with children with MLD or other SEN (preferred but not essential).
- Patient, empathetic, and committed to helping every child achieve their potential.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- A proactive and positive approach to overcoming challenges.
