As a Science Teacher, you will help shape the next generation of students.Your enthusiasm for science and dedication to student success will inspire interesting and meaningful learning in our classrooms. This is a Full-Time supply post, with the successful candidate likely to start in November 2024.
Key Responsibilities-Science Teacher:
- As a Science Teacher, you will be responsible for designing and delivering comprehensive science lessons that inspire curiosity and foster a deep understanding of scientific concepts.
- Utilise a variety of teaching strategies, including hands-on experiments, demonstrations, and multimedia resources, to accommodate diverse learning styles.
- Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where students feel encouraged to ask questions, explore ideas, and make connections between science and the world around them.
- Assess student progress, provide timely feedback, and adjust instruction as needed to meet the needs of individual learners.
Requirements - Science Teacher:
- QTS
- Bachelor’s degree in science, education, or a related field.
- Experience at the secondary level.
- Strong subject knowledge across multiple scientific disciplines, including biology, chemistry, and physics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and motivate students.
- Dedication to ongoing professional development and a commitment to staying current with best practices in science education.
