Location: LeicesterShift Pattern: 4 On / 4 Off – Nights (6:00 PM – 6:00 AM)
Pay Rate: £14.09 per hour
Contract: 12 Weeks Temp to Perm

We’re currently recruiting experienced FLT Drivers to join our client based in Leicester. This is a great opportunity for drivers with strong skills, current licences, and a keen eye for safety and efficiency.
Responsibilites:
- Operate Counterbalance and Reach Truck forklifts safely and efficiently
- Load, unload, and move goods across the site in line with operational procedures
- Ensure accurate placement and storage of stock using scanners or manual systems
- Comply with all Health & Safety and manual handling regulations at all times
- Maintain a clean and organised work area to support a safe working environment
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding job progress
What We’re Looking For:
- Reliable and safety-conscious
- Able to work efficiently in a busy warehouse environment
- Proactive team player with a strong work ethic
- Minimum 1 Year FLT Experience (preferably currently operating a truck)
- Valid B1 (Counterbalance) & D1 (Reach Truck) Licences
- Driving License is advantageous
