Day-to-day of the role:

• Utilise basic knowledge of Web Development, Software Applications, and Digital Marketing strategies across different industries.
• Communicate with senior management about existing and new marketing activities.
• Conduct thorough market analysis to understand customer needs and the competitive landscape.
• Develop, execute, and monitor marketing strategies across various channels.
• Lead and motivate the marketing and sales team to achieve goals.
• Create detailed customer profiles to target marketing efforts effectively.

• Update the reporting manager on the progress of marketing activities and report on the results daily, weekly, and monthly.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with new and existing clients.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong experience in a Marketing & Sales role.
• Proven experience as a Sales Representative, preferably in the IT industry.
• Familiarity with locations/business/marketplaces within the city.
