Tasks- Strong communication skills, patience and friendly attitude
- Work productively in a high pressured environment with a can do attitude
- Hours Per Week: Full-time (40 hours) and part-time available
- Be registered with current NMC/ HCPC/GPhC registration
- Have a MSc in Advanced Practice or equivalent qualification
- Be a certified Independent Prescriber
- Be proficient in managing whole episodes of care, whilst being part of a larger MDT
- NHS Pension with 20.6% Employer Contribution
- 25 days/5 weeks/200 hours annual leave plus Bank Holidays (pro-rata, if part-time)
