As a Product Manager at JPMorgan Chase within the Accelerator, you are the heart of this venture, focused on getting smart ideas into the hands of our customers. You have a curious mindset, thrive in collaborative squads, and are passionate about new technology.By your nature, you are also solution-oriented, commercially savvy and have a head for fintech. Job responsibilities :
- Define your product scope's strategy with clear product outcomes grounded in customer needs
- Run discovery activities to explore your product's problem and solution space, de-risk desirability, feasibility and viability, and refine solutions that contribute to the strategy.
- Run your squad on a day-to basis your functional counterparts (e.g., engineering, design) to build the solutions that contribute to team's strategy
- Work with legal, risk, compliance and other controls stakeholders to ensure that proposed solutions meet their requirements
- Track record in product management for risk, trust & safety, insurance, or financial guarantee solutions
- 5+ years product management experience delivering financial technology products
- Track record of shipping iterative improvements and measuring results
- Experience writing clear strategy documents, product requirements and outcome-focused user stories
- Demonstrated ability to manage dependencies across multiple squads and stakeholders
- Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with risk and control frameworks in regulated financial services
