What You'll Do:As the Senior Risk Manager, you will be the driving force behind robust risk management strategies and supplier governance. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Ownership of Standards: Lead the Group Sourcing and Supplier Management Standards, ensuring they align with industry best practises.
- Framework Management: Own the strategy and execution of the material outsourcing framework, collaborating with the Risk Specialist Team.
- Governance Coordination: Manage framework governance committees and liaise with the Chief Procurement Officer Office while producing impactful Board papers.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Work with key risk functions, including Group Audit and Compliance, to coordinate reviews and audits across the framework.
- Regulatory Impact Assessments: Provide insights on new regulatory requirements, shaping compliance strategies and frameworks.
We are looking for a seasoned professional who has:
- Extensive Experience: Proven expertise in risk management within supply chain operations, ideally in a senior capacity.
- Supplier Management Skills: A track record of managing supplier relationships and implementing sourcing standards.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of compliance requirements affecting supply chain operations.
- Governance Coordination: Experience in coordinating governance committees and producing board papers.
- Communication Skills: Effective stakeholder communication abilities to influence decisions on risk management.
- Analytical Skills: A knack for assessing risks, identifying trends, and developing strategic recommendations.
