The Successful Applicant

A successful Early Careers Recruiter should have:

• A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in graduate recruitment, ideally within the professional services industry.
• Strong networking and relationship building skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• A proactive approach to identifying and solving problems.
• Proficiency in using recruitment software and platforms.
• A deep understanding of recruitment processes and strategies

• An attractive salary range of £27,000 - £33,000 GBP.
