• Fri 8am - 5pm We have a new opportunity to join a large privately owned company in the role of a Production Manager.

The company are established leaders within their sector Reporting into the General Manger the role of the Production Manager will see you managing a small team within a High Care environment.

• Manage Production and ensure Quality targets are met through KPIs
• To enforce the company HACCP policy
• To enforce the company health and safety policy
• Ensure staffing levels are adequate to meet requirements
• Provide coaching to team to improve performance
• Deal with absence and disciplinary matters appropriately
• Focus on continuous improvement to identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce non-conformances Required Education, Skills and Qualifications
• Experience working in Food Manufacturing, ideally High Care
• Team management / Supervisory experience
• Experience of Training and mentoring teams
• Able to work in a fast-moving pressured environment, maintaining a keen eye for detail and remaining results-focused To be considered for this Production Manager role you will be enthusiastic and self-motivated.
