Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and closure of technical projects by defining scope, objectives, and timelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, tracking milestones, deliverables, and progress.
• Proactively manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs, employing appropriate change management techniques.
• Evaluate project performance using established metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Report on project status, escalating issues to management for timely resolution.
• Implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential project risks.
• Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, providing regular updates and gathering feedback.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation to ensure transparency and continuity.

Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience in managing and delivering complex technical projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently.
• Familiarity with project management software such as MS Project, Jira, or equivalent.
• Technical background with a deep understanding of software development, IT infrastructure, or engineering is highly desirable.
