Business Administrator
Pertemps are recruiting to be part of the Blackburn branch, working in a new dynamic way, this is a really exciting opportunity to be part of a new team. This will be fast paced role, working closely with the account manager day to day in support of the branch needs.
Candidates will be required to work both from home (IT equipment will be provided) and occasionally in the office, on-site at Blackburn or Carlisle as required (approx 3 days a month). Other team members are based in Wigan, so team meets locally will also be required.
The ideal candidate MUST have business administration experience- Knowledge of general office practice and procedures
- Ability to plan and complete work to agreed timescales
- Ability to adapt to a changing environment
- Able to work effectively as part of a team
- Able to act on own initiative within agreed limits
- Ability to remain calm, confident and professional
- Confident answering and taking calls, to then manage leads
- Ability to work independently and in support of a team
- Comfortable using different software packages
- Willingness to learn and committed to own continuous personal & professional development
