As a Contentious Trusts & Estates PSL you will be responsible for:

• Supporting a team of Contentious Trusts & Estates fee-earners, providing them with technical guidance on a part-time basis.
• Coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Participating in business development and client relationship management.
• Keeping abreast of legal updates and changes in the professional services industry.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Contentious Trusts & Estate PSL should have:

• Qualified as a Solicitor in England & Wales.
• A thorough understanding of contentious trusts and estates laws.
