Pay: Up to £24,000.00 per annum (not pro rata, pre-tax take home salary)
Hours: Monday to Friday
Contract: Permanent, Term Time only

We are looking for an experienced School Administrator to join our New Options School - Copper Fields School in Gunnislake, Cornwall.
About the role
To provide a high quality comprehensive and confidential administrative support.
To assist with the smooth-running of the office
To provide full administrative support to the administration team and teaching staff as required
To manage “front of house” area – greet all visitors and make them feel welcome, cover the switchboard
To arrange internal meetings
To assist with school performances and special events
To project a professional image of the school at all times
Responsibilities:
To provide an effective, timely and confidential administration support to staff and managers as requiredTo ensure that relevant records and documents are kept up to date and are stored securely and confidentially at all times
To respond timely and with flexibility to urgent or last minute staff/service requirements
To support other members of the Administration Team with work that requires extra members of staff to complete the tasks
Exercise vigilance in respect of Health and Safety and promptly report all hazards and/or remedy them where appropriate. Undertake all duties in a manner calculated to minimise or avoid unnecessary risks, personally or to othersOperate at all times in accordance with Company policies and procedures, with particular reference to Safeguarding, Adult/Child Protection, Complaints and Representations and Behaviour Policies
Participate in training and take responsibility for personal development
About us
Our New Options School - Copper Fields School in Gunnislake, Cornwall. The school will have capacity for 60 pupils ages 4-16 years old and is due to open January 2025
