Support Worker

What We're Looking For:
- Ideally, experience in Health and Social Care, but the right attitude and values are what matter most.
- While not essential, having a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle with business insurance is an advantage.
- You will be supporting young adults in a supported living environment.
Your Role: No two days will be the same, as you will be helping individuals with different interests, preferences, and needs. Duties may include:
- Assisting with personal care and hygiene.
- Cooking and meal preparation.
- Supporting with domestic tasks.
- Administering medication as needed.
- Completing care logs.
- Encouraging skill development and independence.
Shift Details: Morning shifts run from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM, available Monday to Sunday, with a minimum requirement of every other weekend. Additional hours are available on a bank basis to cover holidays and sickness.
