Offering comprehensive technical support for hardware and software installations, resolving issues promptlyResponding to customer inquiries, logging support tickets, and following through to resolutionInstalling, configuring, and maintaining IT hardware such as routers, wireless systems, servers, PCs, and laptopsSupporting applications like Microsoft Server, SharePoint, Office 365, and VOIP systemsCollaborating on large-scale projects such as infrastructure refreshes, disaster recovery plans, and virtualization initiativesMonitoring alerts to provide proactive maintenance, reducing customer downtime and ensuring smooth operations
What We're Looking For:
Strong expertise in Microsoft Server operating systems, including DNS and DHCPProficiency in our core IT products hardware and softwareBasic familiarity with Apple macOS and mobile device troubleshooting iPhone, Android, etc.A customer-centric attitude with excellent communication skills, capable of simplifying complex issues for clientsSolid written communication skills for creating customer-facing emails and technical documentationAbility to work collaboratively within a team while also managing individual installations and projectsValid driver's license and access to a vehicle are requiredA DIY mindset is a plus, but not essentialIdeally, 3+ years of experience in a similar IT role
Preferred Certifications: CompTIA, MTA, MCP, MCITP, or MCSE are advantageous but not required
