• Servicing new clients and ensuring delivery of a Premium and High Quality Care Service
• To assist in the care delivery functions reporting to the Registered Manager.
• To be on Call when required
• To provide cover as required in duties of a Caregiver.
• Assist in recruitment, selection, and induction of new employees, in numbers agreed in line with the business plan for the location.
• To assist in ensuring all staff are trained in accordance with Visiting Angels policies and procedures.
• Visit, or ensure that clients are visited on a monthly basis as a minimum. The purpose of these visits includes conducting Spot Checks, liaising with Clients, conducting Care Plan reviews and providing supervision to Caregivers
• To assist with scheduling, preferably with knowledge of Birdie, to schedule new client packages and new staff on the system.
• Implement and maintain the standards required by legislation related to the registration of Visiting Angels.

• Relevant experience as a senior carer / Field supervisor/ manager and be ready take the next step in your career
• Excellent understanding of the needs of people who require care and support and the provision of care services in line with best practice.
• Knowledge of health and safety matters in relation to care services and risk management.

• Honest, trustworthy and reliable
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to support the delivery of care
• Excellent interpersonal skills and experience of building positive working relationships with people who use the service and their families, staff and other health and social care professionals
• Client-focused, specifically putting their needs first

• Must be a driver with own car
• Ability to travel to various locations throughout the working day.
• Flexible approach to working unsociable hours, such as evenings, weekends and bank holidays
