As a Senior Digital/CRM Project Manager at Fuelius, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving the successful delivery of complex CRM implementations for some of Europe’s most renowned brands, as well as innovative mid-market companies. This is an exciting opportunity to lead multiple high-impact projects in a fast-paced agency environment, where your ability to manage stakeholders and juggle various tasks will be key to your success.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of digital transformation projects, with a strong focus on HubSpot CRM implementations. Your experience in project management within an agency setting will be invaluable as you navigate the challenges of working with both global enterprises and agile mid-market companies.

You'll be leading a diverse, multi-disciplinary team of around 15 experts, including engineers, CRM specialists, and systems architects, all while reporting to our Head of Operations.

Requirements

To be successful as a Senior Digital/CRM Project Manager at Fuelius, you’ll need to bring a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills. Here’s what we’re looking for:

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Project Management Experience: 4-6 years of proven experience in project management, ideally within a fast-paced agency environment. Experience with digital transformation projects, particularly CRM implementations, is highly desirable.
  • Methodologies: Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with project management methodologies such as Waterfall, PRINCE2, and Agile. Certification in any of these methodologies is a plus.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Jira for project tracking and management is essential. Experience with other project management tools and CRM platforms, particularly HubSpot, is advantageous.

Skills & Abilities:

  • Stakeholder Management: Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams. You should be able to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively.
  • Team Leadership: Experience leading and coordinating multi-disciplinary teams, including engineers, CRM specialists, and systems architects. You should be comfortable driving collaboration and ensuring alignment across all project phases.
  • Organisational Skills: Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying risks and implementing solutions.
  • Budget Management: Experience in managing project budgets, with a keen eye on ensuring that projects are delivered within the allocated costs.
