Hays are working with a local charitable organisation to appoint an HR & Recruitment Administrator to join their team on a temporary basis.

Your new role

As an HR & Recruitment Administrator, you will be responsible for:

  • End to end recruitment activities from posting job ads, screening candidates and arranging interviews
  • Supporting with onboarding and inductions
  • Working closely with managers to ensure a seamless recruitment and onboarding process
  • Supporting with other administrative tasks within the HR team
What you'll need to succeed
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Experience with end to end recruitment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Good time management and the ability to manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines
What you'll get in return

  • Hybrid working - 1 day per week in office
  • Full-time salary equivalent £26,500-£27,000
